Caroline Bowler is a non-executive director of BTC Markets, one of Australia's largest digital asset exchanges, having stepped down as chief executive in mid-2025 after five years in the role. Lucas Dobbins, previously the exchange's chief technology officer, was named her successor as CEO in February 2026. Bowler joined BTC Markets as CEO in January 2020, bringing more than 17 years' experience in financial services, and worked closely with regulators and industry on Australia's crypto and blockchain policy settings. On Fintechfun with Chris Titley, she discussed BTC Markets and crypto trends.
