Emma Walsh

Emma Walsh is founder and chief executive of Parents At Work, a Sydney-based organisation that helps employers build family-inclusive workplaces and supports parents returning to work after leave. She has worked in the field for more than two decades, advising on parental-leave and flexible-work policy and campaigning for improved parental leave rights in Australia. Walsh is an international speaker and commentator on gender equality and work-life balance, and is a mother of three. On the Day One network, she discussed sharing the load at home and work on Mumbition's episode with hosts Carrie Kwan and Lucy Kippist.
