Frances Goh

Frances Goh is CEO of One Roof, a national network for women in business, having been appointed to the role in December 2025 after five years as the organisation's Head of Community & Growth. She led One Roof's 2020 shift from a physical co-working model to a fully digital community, growing membership from around 180 to more than 1,500 members and its online community past 35,000. Goh also serves as entrepreneur-in-residence at edtech company Hex, and her recognition includes the 2024 AusMumpreneur Community Award and a place in Victoria's 2025 Top 50 Young Entrepreneurs.
