Joel Little
Music Producer & Co-founder at Big Fan
Joel Little is a Grammy-winning New Zealand music producer and songwriter best known for co-writing and producing Lorde's breakout single Royals, for which he won the 2014 Grammy for Song of the Year. He has since worked with Taylor Swift, Khalid, Imagine Dragons and Tove Lo, among others. With his wife Gemma, Little co-founded Big Fan, a not-for-profit music hub in Auckland's Kingsland with four studios and a 200-capacity venue, built to give emerging New Zealand artists affordable access to recording and performing. On Diaspora NZ, he compared making hit songs to building a startup.
